Offer these freeze-dried fruits as an occasional treat alongside your pet’s normal balanced diet. You can serve pieces whole where appropriate, break them into smaller portions or crumble a little over regular food.
Always introduce new foods gradually, provide fresh drinking water and supervise your pet while eating.
Important Feeding Guidance
Freeze-drying removes moisture, so the fruit’s naturally occurring sugar becomes more concentrated. Small portions are important.
- Dogs: Treats should generally make up no more than 10% of daily calories.
- Cats: Cats do not need fruit nutritionally. Only offer a tiny amount of a suitable fruit if your cat enjoys it.
- Rabbits and guinea pigs: Fruit should only be offered occasionally and in very small portions.
- Birds: Suitability and serving sizes vary between species, so check the guidance for your particular bird.
- Ferrets and degus: Fruit is not considered suitable for these animals.
If your pet has diabetes, digestive sensitivities, weight concerns or another medical condition, please ask your veterinarian before introducing fruit treats.

Returns Policy
DUE TO ACCIDENTAL ORDER OR CHANGE OF MINDWe offer refunds and/or exchanges, providing a request for return is received within 30 days of your order being delivered. Your item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
The return shipping costs will be the responsibility of you, the customer. For domestic orders (AUS & USA) a prepaid shipping label can be provided, with the associated costs being deducted from the refunded amount. International (Asia) returns will need to be arranged by the customer, and will require a tracking number.
Any refund or exchange will only be issued once the original item has been shipped back to us.
DUE TO DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEM
In the unlikely event you receive a defective or damaged item, we offer you the choice of a full refund or a replacement. We will cover all return shipping costs.
Please report any issue within 5 days of receiving your item. We kindly ask that you provide clear evidence of the fault or damage, so we can expedite your request efficiently.
